Order Processing

Please allow 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 days to let you know your order is on the way!

 

Local Pick-Up

Orders can be arranged to be collected from our warehouse in Thirroul, usually available within 48 hours. If you need your items earlier, please reach out to us customercare@lmnopthestore.com.au.

 

Flat-Rate Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within three business days using Australia Post. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipping Australia-wide. Express shipping is available at $14.99. Free standard shipping is offered on all orders over $150. Flat rate shipping excludes bulky items. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time. 

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at returns@lmnopthestore.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
